Besides competence also have considerable influence, namely 10.2% in the form of employee performance The results of this study indicate that Knowledge sharing positive effect of 28.9% in the form of employee performance, which means that with improvements in the implementation of knowledge sharing Syariah Bank Company, then it will be better the performance owned employee. Data processing is done by using path analysis. This research method using descriptive method and the method of verification. Data were obtained through interviews and questionnaires to employees in Syariah Bank Companies in Indonesia with a sample size of 145 people.
This study has three variables, namely knowledge sharing and competence as an independent variable and the performance of employees as the dependent variable. Determination/R 2 coefficient = 0.745, this value can be defined that 74.5% of performance variables can be explained by organizational culture, leadership, and motivation integratedly, the remaining 25.5% of the other variables not included in the research.This study was conducted to determine if knowledge sharing and competence, has a positive and significant influence on employee performance in the Syariah Bank Company in Indonesia. The value R = 0.863, which means the influence of organizational culture, leadership and motivation integratedly have a very strong relationship to performance. Bank X Tbk Jakarta Branch, it can be seen from the results of F test with the significant/probability (0.000) F tabel (2.883), these results shows that integratedly the organizational culture, leadership, and motivation have a significant effect on performance. Based on the results of research and the discussion shows there is a significant variable influences organizational culture, leadership, and motivation integratedly on the performance of employees of PT. This research tests the hypothesis using simultaneous and partial. Independent variables in this study is organizational culture, leadership, and motivation, while the dependent variable is performance. Multiple correlation analysis and determination analysis used in order to see the relationship and influence of independent variables to the dependent variable. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and inferential statistics with multiple linear regression analysis. Respondents data were tested using the test of assumptions of classical instruments. This research is a quantitative study using survey research methods to the population.
